LOCATION: Midland, Texas, USA

PANELS: Greenix Panels GP/W Wood SIP

PROJECT TIMELINE:

Week 1:
  • Panels arrived and unloaded
  • Installed 1st story walls (including some interior walls for ceiling truss support)
  • Installed 2nd story floor
  • Installed 2nd story walls
Week 2:
  • Crane arrived
  • Installed ridge beam and rafters
  • Installed SIP roof of main house
  • Installed garage roof (not SIP)
  • SIP crew completed job

With an construction crew new to building with SIPs, the envelope was completed in 2 weeks.
